"Dr. Unfer is the worst lol when I first came to her with my symptoms she told me I “wasn’t eating properly” and dismissed it—I was soon in and out of the hospital for months after because they were actually symptoms of a chronic illness I had. Based on some other reviews and my own experience I’ve read she literally yells at children for eating poorly. I’m an adult now and truly still have to talk about her in therapy."

"Dr Unfer is an excellent pediatrician, She took the time to explain to my 11 years old daughter how to eat healthy to grow healthy, my daughter was very pleased to talk to her, Dr Unfer made my daughter very comfortable. She explained to her how the body grow and how it is important to keep a healthy diet. We are very happy with our visit, we waited a month to get an appointment but it was worth it, I wish we saw her when my daughter was younger. I strongly recommend parents with a new born to see her she is a neonatal specialist and she is the best."

"“Dr.” Susan M Unfer has been very disrespectful to my mom, sister, and myself, I am only 12 years old and im going to be very honest about her. At first she was really sweet and took her time with us. Me and my sister thought she cared and we were being honest about what we eat, like we have junk food and gatorade like a few times a week like any other normal kid. She told us that we had the worst diet she ever saw in her life, since im the younger sister I was trying not to cry. She made me so anxious that i was shaking and biting my cheek to stop myself from crying. She even was blaming my mom for everything and putting her down. She told my 15 year old sister that she needs to “cook dinner for everyone and clean the whole house”. My sister tried to tell her how she is very busy with school and she tries to help out, but Dr. Unfer cut her off and told her in a very sarcastic way “oh my God such a sad story”. That was such a bad experience and she was the most rude Dr. ive seen."
