"Never get service"
"WORST TAXI EVER!! AVOID AT ALL COST! My mother and I were stuck at the side of the road, after a quick Google search from my phone I called this service. The phone call took about 10 minutes because they had no idea where the road was (a side street off of Randall Rd with many large businesses around it) After waiting 15 minutes for him to come (he quoted 10) we called again. At that point it was the third call. He said he passed us and had to turn around. Another 5 minutes passed, we called again. He had passed us for the second time, this continued two more times. After a total of 30 minutes of waiting and walking we canceled the cab. They were extremely unprofessional and had horrible English. Again, AVOID THIS CAB SERVICE!!!"
