"I would much rather deal with the people in streator, I went there to put a check into my account since I was off work due to injury. I finally got paid, I told the lady I wanted to put it in my account. She then told me she had to call the number on the check and she had to hold it for 72 hrs. She then said she couldn't get ahold of the people the check was from....I got ahold of them no issue while sitting and waiting. Absolutely no reason for any of this. She kept insisting they couldnt cash a $2000 check, I never wanted to cash it. I wanted to put it in my account so I could pay my bills. I told the lady just forget about it and give me the check back. She again said she had to hold the check. I ended up arguing with her but I got the check back. I barely had enough gas to get me to streator and the streator branch was nice enough to let me put the check in my account and apologize for the issues I had at this branch. I didn't even want the apology from streator. They did there job and then some. This branch did nothing but belittle me when I was injured and couldn't work. I'd been waiting a while for that check and couldn't pay any of my bills."
