"So far so terrible Donna in the lending department sent me an email with a link that didn't open. I called twice to get specifics, calls not returned so emailed back. And she replied by email that she had an issue with her phone and I apparently should have known this? and I should've emailed her earlier then she could've helped me...she had said it would be smooth and she said she was a guru the day before Let's all email her everyday to check her phone and make sure it is issue free and links sent actually open"

"Pam is a not nice person, I had called to ask a simple question, “how to make my car payment” since they moved to a new system. I was told I should already know about the new system, and how to make it because they switched over 3 weeks ago. If my car payment is due once a month, how would I know about it until now. I will keep all of my other questions to my self, since apparently it’s very annoying for the staff to help customers."
