"Was running 14 mins late. The front desk claimed it was 15mins late and said she had to ask the dr Kim if she would still see us and dr Kim said no and refused the appt. Was never told of their strict 15min policy. Frustrating bc I'm used to waiting way longer than 15mins when I got to any dr appt."
