"Long story short… ordered a windbreaker, the first one they did was totally different from what my team ordered. I asked them to make a new one and they agreed. It’s been a YEAR AND A HALF and I still don’t have the new windbreaker. Called over 10 times and I am told they will get it done and then I never hear from them. I don’t even know what to do at this point and I am extremely disappointed with this store."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a letterman’s jacket November 2020, called several times and left my number, they never once called me back. Every time I had to call to see what was happening with the jacket, they never called to update. I called back in June & got the same it will be a while, so yesterday I messaged them about it, my response was they told be it would be a while. So if you’re willing to wait over 7 months to get an item, this is your place. I’ve purchased a lot of hats & t-shirts from them, not anymore."

"So...basically got the sweatshirts we ordered for my son's band program 2 months after they were promised. Had to have them redone because the printing was not good the first time...entire letters missing. Were told it was because of the font in our design, even though they approved the design. Said they would redo and then was told large and extra large sweatshirts backordered. At first was at least happy that owner seemed sincere in making it right and caring about our business. Was told when we finally got shirts an adjustment would be made for all our trouble. Bill came and no adjustment. When I asked about it I was told that the original price they quoted me was actually a mistake so they wouldn't take anything else off. And I quote, " if we dont get any future business from you that's okay." WOW. Completely speechless. As the wife of a small business owner, I cant fathom treating someone this way for two months and then saying we dont care about your business."
