"If you want to wait over 2 hours every time you have an appointment it's a good place to be. They will never ever call you on time. I don't remember ever having to wait just 30min or so. So disappointing. Why can't they just figure out how much time a patient needs and not take 10people with the same appointment."

"Dr. Vateva is a great doctor But the staff is very rude especially Monica who sits at the front desk. Very unprofessional and sad because it’s a pediatrician office you would think the staff would have more compassion or let alone be able to talk to schedule an appointment. We have been going here for 2 years and after my last visit I walked out after waiting over an hour and half. I got offered two appointments a 12pm and 130pm. I arrived before noon and by 130 I still was not seen. Waiting that long with a 2 year old and 7 year old who were sick just makes me wish they had a better system but definitely won’t be going back."

"We have been coming here for 3 years. Dr. Vateva is good doctor. But her stuff is horrible, especially the one who sits on reception. Never seen such a rude woman. Rude and unorganized personal. Waiting time is even worse. You will have to wait at least 1 hour in the waiting room and another 20 mins in other room. Despite all of this we kept taking our son here because We really liked doctor. But today was the last drop. I called them to get appointment for next week and explained the reason for visit. She said that we did not need appointment for this, so we could walk in. I agreed. After one week I took a day-off from my work and took my son there, she said that doctor was very busy that day she was seeing only by appointment today. To my question why you didn’t give me an appointment when I called you then. She said it was not her who told me that and she does not know about anything. Even thought it was her who told me that i don’t need appointment."

"The doctor is good. She takes time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. The down side of the practice is that they are available only twice per week! And the waiting time is really awful, like other reviewers have mentioned. Worth a try, but you will get annoyed with the long wait times."

"Great doctor and Dr Vateva is really nice, but the waiting is HORRIBLE.. I used to have the first appointment at 10 am.. at lease an hour of wait time.. Some of us our working moms on schedule. Then I was told she is not coming in before 10:15 so I asked why did you even offer that 10 am appointment then? I came in at 10:15.. still no doctor until :10:45... You need to have better system because this is just ridiculous and so hard to get a hold of someone!!!"
