"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY We had an appointment to install a new solid cover and close our pool down, an appointment that DNL reached out and moved up earlier than originally scheduled. On this appointment day no one showed and when I called to ask if any one was coming I was bombarded with excuses and attitude. Then I spoke with the owner, he very quickly threatened with just dropping our pool cover off and we can close our pool down and install the cover ourselves. It seems as if this is a trend if you read other reviews with other individuals experiencing the same issues while the company just makes excuses for their actions. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE COMMUNICATION Needless to say, I took them up on the offer and had them drop off the cover and the pump. Well I thought so at least. I confirmed with the individual who made the delivery that the pump was also in the box and was told yes. Well it wasn't and they had to make another trip back with the pump. If the initial experience is anything like the quality of their work, I am not taking that chance."

"I contacted this company in December of 2022 to work with a hottub leak. They had a tech come out that week and found I needed a new heater. Heater replaced and turns out I needed a pump ( this was a second hand tub that was obviously sold to me with glue and toothpicks from a private sale ). Pump replaced and by recommendation of the tech we did a run thru and saw the circuit board was starting to fail. They searched high and low to find the model I needed. Needless to say tub is about as new as it can get. Sandra and Mallory, who I’ve spoke with many times when calling in, are so friendly and SOO helpful in getting to the root of the issue and getting me on the books. The techs that come out are professional and efficient.I’ve recommended this company to anyone in need with a pool or tub."

"This is a great company to get pool help from, cause they know their stuff. However, you've got to understand that no matter if you call them or any other store for a service call, it will cost money, which seems to be a huge complaint. The only difference, is D&L will do their best to help in your budget, as well as provide alternative solutions."

"LOVE me some D & L Pools! They put in a beautiful pool for me and have been oh soooo patient and helpful (wayyy beyond the call of duty) with maintenance and every concern or question I’ve had! Don, Leslie, “Dawg” and everyone else at the HC office are amazing! No matter how many times I ask the same questions lol they answer them like it’s the first time!"

"The level of service and quality has taken a dramatic drop! The overall communication and customer service is just not at the level you would expect!!! Paying a high price for poor results and service! I canceled their pool maintenance and going to do it myself! It just drives me crazy when you pay good money for a service and they just don’t seem to care! So funny how D&L is so quick to respond to a google review but not to customer service!!!! So expensive and don’t care about quality!!! Feels like Ingot ripped off for four years!!!! I highly recommend that everyone take over their own pool or go to Epic Pools!! My pool has never looked better since I have taken it over myself and it is so less expensive!!! $30 to throw chemicals in a pool….2 minutes of work??????"
