"Why scheduling an appointment for 12pm if nobody is going to be there? It says they're open 12 to 5pm but no. Nobody was there. I stayed until 1pm and nothing. Daughter missed a day of school. Smh"

I’ve never felt rushed and she answers all of my questions. You can tell she’s truly passionate about her patients and will do everything to figure out how to best care for your baby. "She is probably the worst Dr in town. She was my kids Dr for 1 year and i went to clinic 3 times in 1 year. Every time u visit her clinic u have to wait 2,3 hours just to see her and top of all that Dr is super rude."

"Unfortunately you have to give a star! In Bertha's case I wish I could give her no stars. Just a warning to all parents, My wife and I had our second Child recently at Northwest Community Hospital and DR. Cabrera happened to be the on call pediatrician on this day. Lets just start by saying WOW this lady is not only very non personable but she also doesn't care at all about her patients. I asked her a question about my child's health she gave me a very vague answer, ( she didn't know) so I figured I would do my own research and the answer I found severely contradicted her vague answer. When I asked her about this fact she simply got visibly upset and left our hospital room. Dr. Cabrera then told the hospital nursery that she would no longer treat us as her patients. She simply quit on us because we wanted to know what our child's condition was. After speaking with the head of women's health and labor and delivery director Don. It was brought to our attention that because were not Hispanic and we questioned her ability as a doctor that she felt that we could and I quote ( Take care of ourselves). So I just want to say if you have half a brain keep your kids far far away from this women!!!!!! F..U Cabrera! sincerely The Jepson Family"
