"No one here is a legal driver they will be shut down soon and I was the guy that helped with the bikes they wanted to over charge you I didn’t let it happen you are supposed to legally have a chauffeurs license to drive a cab in Saint Charles County. I have already talk to them and have been informed. They also stole my credit card which I have recorded on my phone and they won’t give me my property from the vehicle so now I have a bunch of proof and I’m letting them know now you have 24 hours for me to have my things or you will be shut down immediately"

"Called Ace Cab just this morning in a panic to take my husband and myself and 2 bicycles to the Amtrak Train Station in Kirkwood, MO. The lady who answered the phone was most helpful and efficient! The cab driver was so helpful loading the bicycles with my husband and getting us to the station. We wish we would have gotten his name because he was such an amazing young man that works so very hard to support his family. When I say I was in a panic it is because Yellow Cab of St. LOUIS had let us down horribly. I had contacted them a month ago and gave them the date and told them it would be 2 people and 2 bikes....getting a van isn't always easy so I let them know way in advance....they told me to call them the day before...so I did...when I did they told me to call back in the morning....when I did they told me they had nothing available to get us to the train station and were very very rude on the phone. Without Ace Cab we do not know what we would have done...they saved the day!!!! I have put this ininfo out on the Katy Trail website so all bikers know which cab company to contact if in need in St. Charles."

"Never Ever use this Company!!! I was left stranded at the ER for 2hrs. After the fact I was told a cab would be there in 20-30 mins Tops. With a busted up foot I had to walk home. I was hung up on two times, my sister wanting to know what’s going on finally got hold of them. She spoke with the same guy I did. He was very rude and could care less what happened. They said the reason they didn’t pick me up was because I gave them the wrong address after the fact they sent me a text saying the exact address I was to be picked up. I saved the texts and will be reaching out to management."

"The absolute worst ever! Never ever have i order a cab and no show or call! I called on Tuesday for a pickup on Thursday morning 6:30am... going to the airport, for my son's wedding. It was cold that morning but I was waiting in front of my house at 6am. At 6:20... I began to call, with no answer. I used their automated system to check my status... the first time it said i was scheduled. At 6:28 it said no driver is assigned and my flight leaves at 8:35am and we all know TSA guidelines. I had no choice but to drive myself and pay for parking for four days. I will lodge a complaint with Chambers of commerce. This has to be the worst experience in my life because if I would've missed my son's wedding... let's just say it would not be pretty. Need to find others with the same experience. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is Horrible Horrible."
