"We brought our 2017 traverse in for transmission issues. They did not have a rental to give us and they had car for 3 weeks. When I picked it up I didn’t make it 5 miles and car was loud and stuttering. Brought it back was called 2 days later to pick up. I didn’t get out of parking lot and heard loud clunking noises coming from car. Dropped car back off and was called the next morning saying issue had been fixed. Car sounds and drives horrible. Get under hood and find a bunch of missing bolts, 4 clips broken, air filter housing is not even attached, steering is off, broken tie rod that has grease coming out of it and humming noise coming from heater and the list goes on. When I called to get it back in they told me there were 5 people in front of me before they could fix the issues that they created. Customer service and communication have been non existent the last month of dealing with this company"

"If I can give it a zero star I would! The only good part about this dealership is the sales man Dominic! The service part of it sucks and the techs don't know what they are doing. Got our car back for a transmission issue and they had it over a week not counting the other 3 or 4 times it was in for the same thing they said they fixed. Not even a day after having it the light came back on for the same thing they said they fixed. Now they don't have a loaner car for us to use and are making us wait when it's their fault! Highly recommend going elsewhere to have your vehicle worked on!"
