"I bought my truck in August. I've had recall work and an oil change performed. From the purchase to the service, every penny I've spent has been worth the treatment. The service here is awesome!"
"Would give zero stars if possible. Only good experience was the salesperson Chase K. First off, they couldn’t finance me with anyone for a good rate (June ‘23) regardless of amazing credit for both main and secondary person. Got the car refinanced 2 days later for 4.5% points less… okay no big deal. We end up paying car off with new bank and decide we no longer wanted the extended warranty so we cancel with Tyler . Called and confirmed with him 4 times. FOUR!!! And he still went ahead and sent my refund check the bank the dealership financed us with. Welp 6-8 weeks is what he said and nothing yet. So I start calling the dealership and every time during a 2 week period I get a “I will give him the message and he will call back” never once did he bother but sure when they wanted my money they were quick to call and beg if I could transfer to them. Anyways. I talk to a lady and she says she’s in charge over Tyler’s department and she says she can’t help and to sit tight to see what happens, not a good answer. I am able to get through to the controller Christine and she stops the check and reissues me a new one but so I decided I can’t trust them any longer and decide to take a 5 hour drive, very inconvenient but has to be done with incompetent dealers I guess. I arrive to pickup and they said we can’t find the check you’ll have to wait until 1pm well I can’t wait as I had a flight at 5pm. The guy that tried to help was extremely rude as soon as I told him I was there to pickup a check. Talked to the General Manager Mr. Kreiger (the family who owned the dealer before selling it out, clearly shows why they had to sell out) and he was also rude as he said he didn’t even know a Jolene and shrugged his shoulders. Tried going the “man to man” route before posting but this drew the line and made it very clear to never deal with any of these dealerships again. Instead of being apologetic and trying to make amends and earn business from me again he seemed like he couldn’t care less for the “family” business. Stay AWAY if you can and shop somewhere else"
"I had a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership. If a 0 star rating was an option, that’s what I would rate this dealership. I went in with a vehicle in mind, my purchase option, and a down payment. Four times, they disregarded my purchase option of a lease and pushed me to finance instead. Even after I said lease only for the 4th time, they brought me a quote for financing and told me it would be best to finance instead of lease. In addition, they knew my down payment amount and wanted me to spend $6000 more for a down payment on finance. My credit is great, and a lease with half the down payment shouldn’t have been a problem. Finally, they told me they would contact their finance person for leasing numbers and call me the next day. They never called. I went to Kimberly Car City in Davenport, IA, worked with an amazing salesman named Kyle, and got the Jeep I wanted for a lease with the down payment and monthly payment I told the salesperson at Ed Morse I wanted."
"I came in because of a contest I was told I won, once I found out that wasn't the case I then asked to look at a Chrysler 300 (a car I was considering buying for some time now). When the salesman asked what car I was buying I said I wasn't sure I was going to buy one today (I was looking for a specific trim) he completely changed his tone and said nevermind have a good day and told me to leave. I had enough money to pretty much buy one outright so I said when I was leaving that if one came in that matched the specific trim I was looking for that I would be interested. He then asked "what is your mom gonna cosign for you?" (I look kinda young) I couldn't believe how rude he was being. I will be buying a Chrysler 300 Soon but it won't be from Ed Morse Chrysler."
"Shane did a great job selling us our new truck. This was the second new vehicle he has sold us. If anyone needs a car, truck, suv, get ahold of Shane at Ed Morse, Muscatine!! Thanks for the nice experience."
