"The guy and girl working that I weirdly think are a couple have no idea what the products are meant for and how they should be properly used. Also when asking for further information on something it’s either wrong or just straight misinformation. Some younger adult student used to work there and I looked forward to him helping me. He knew everything from top to bottom all the time but he’s no longer there I guess. Also the grown man and woman in there especially woman are super pushy trying to force me to buy and subscribe to stuff I didn’t want but in a sneaky way without assuring with me."

"I went into this store this afternoon knowing what I wanted but didn’t know much about what product was going to work best for me. When i walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady Julie I think was her name. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me different options and there was also another young man working. Sorry I didn’t get your name. He also was helping with his coworker to find me my best options then proceeded to make sure I was getting the best deal. I definitely will be going back there."

"Today is Saturday April 23, 2022. I have been calling your store since 3:20 pm, over an hour now, 1 hour and 10 minutes, and nobody is answering the phone. I just wanted to see if you got a product in because I have to take a cab there, and I don't want to go for nothing.Your are supposed to be open till 8pm tonight. Whoever is there today should be fired. I have worked in retail for 20 years, and if I ever did something like this, I would be fired. Pathetic."
