"We have been satisfied with the care from the doctors for the last two years, however, lately it has gone down hill. The receptionist is extremely rude & unprofessional and every single time I call and ask to speak with or have a Dr call me, she puts me on a 5 min hold and comes back with “advice from the dr”. Not sure why it’s impossible for me to actually speak with a doctor regarding my child’s care. I genuinely like dr Patel, but I am happy to be switching to a new pediatrician & office. Oh & beware, they do NOT make it easy to switch. Jump through 100 hoops, pay them money and then will deactivate your patient portal immediately so you have no access to your child’s records. Two stars is generous, honestly."

"My son has been a patient of Dr Myers for 7 years and think she & her staff are the best! She takes plenty of time to listen to you, answers all your questions and genuinely cares about your child. She is not an alarmist or aggressive in her medical approach nor does she rush to prescribe, which I appreciate immensely. She has a ton of experience as a doctor but also as a parent and you can clearly see she loves what she does. We are blessed to have found her."

"We have had a great experience so far. Dr Myers was willing to set Up a phone call with me while I was pregnant so we could get to know each other, then visited and met my daughter in the hospital after she was born, and then fit her in the next day after she was released from the hospital. Dr. Myers was thorough, encouraging, and helpful. She also went above and beyond to assist me with learning some of the duties of becoming a new mother. Although I have not met Dr. Patel personally, my husband took our daughter for a sick visit recently and had wonderful things to say about her as well. He said she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Would highly recommend, and have to several of our friends!"

"Dr. Faith Myers and her partner have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dr Myers visited us and our new born daughter in the hospital. Spent time with us and really gave us an opportunity to get to know her. The office is extremely clean and the Office Ladies are great. Within the first two visits they knew us the moment we walked in. Our daughter is now 2 months old and we will continue to use their office. Thank you Dr. Myers for all the knowledge, helpful tips, and guiding us as we are new to parenting our beautiful daughter!"
