"(Amended Review) I found a flywheel for my Vision Fitness XF-40 Elliptical on Fitness Graveyard. The website said it was the only one they had and it was supposed to be "New". It was less expensive than the other site I found, and they were clear on the site that there would be no returns. I took the risk and purchased it. The flywheel was delivered on time but upon opening the box it definitely was not new and the plastic cover on the brake/tension mechanism was broken. I attempted to switch the tension mechanism but the axle was a little different. I did finally get the old tensioner switched out, but when I got the whole thing put back together the brake/tensioner skipped. I wish I would have called and tried to return it but the expense of shipping the 15 pound flywheel would have made the less expensive part as expensive as the competitor. I initially gave Fitness Graveyard a one star review, but after seeing my comments the company replied and stated they wanted to rectify the situation. I contacted the Fitness Graveyard and spoke with Drew in the parts warehouse. I explained what I saw on the website related to their return policy. He asked me to send him a copy of the return statement, which I promptlyy did. In the mean time, he asked me for the model and serial number of our elliptical. He called me back and explained that the site I purchased through was displaying their return policy and not the policy of Fitness Graveyard. Drew told me he found an OME part and would ship it out the next day. I received the new part yesterday. Drew even shot me an email to make sure the part arrived. I have not installed the part yet, but at this point it does not matter if it works, because of Drew's diligence to try to rectify the issue, which has also prompted me to change my initial review score. (I am wishing I would have called first before writing my negative comments.) I have always believed you can determine the integrity of a company by their willingness to address customers reasonable concerns. I would not hesitate to buy from Fitness Graveyard in the future. My final score for the company is a 4 because of the "kinks" that needed to be worked out, but they are looking into these matters for future purchasers. I'd definitely give Drew a 5* rating for his attention to detail, followthrough, and courteous business demeanor!"

"I’m in the military currently living in Germany. I saw a YouTube video about an issue I had with my treadmill and I thought these guys might be willing to help me. I called and spoke with Joe. Without any convincing, Joe was happy to help walk me through some troubleshooting steps. He identified the problem, I ordered the part and he also helped me with the installation. It’s been over 4 months now and the treadmill is working great! Very thankful for Joe who was more than helpful, very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend him for any issues. Thank you!"

"I do not recommend. 2023-03-03 I am making a request on their site for a part of my treadmill. I receive a very quick response with a link to the accessory and I order this part the same day. 2023-03-03 Order 4567 confirmed by email. With tracking number. 2023-03-20, I decide to send an email to the company to find out where is the order and if it ship beacause I dont see the tacking number anymore in the Email. No news. I also tried to contact them with their phone number without success. 2023-03-27, I send the email again. Compagnie replies that he no longer had the part and that he received it last week and that my package will be sent during the week. No news since, or return of email concerning the sending. I tried to contact them by phone without success. 2023-04-01, I am sending a new email to obtain information on the order and if I intend to follow up during the week… No response. 2023-04-04, Seeing that I still have no news from them by email and there is no response. I decided to send them an email in order to cancel my order."

"Update: Although I don't think I should have to leave a bad review to get results the problem was handled quickly and very professionally. I was contacted very promptly after this review. The staff was helpful and sorted out the issue very quickly. I understand stuff happens and I am happy with the way it was handled. Ordered over the phone with Drew on February 09. Today is March 22, I have left 3 messages, 2 emails and 1 Facebook message. None have been returned. I still have not received my order or any reply from the staff at Fitness Graveyard. I waited over 1 month before I inquired about my order as I did ask for the cheapest shipping option. All I wanted was an update but apparently that's too much to ask. Wouldn't recommend. "I ordered a new stride motor for my True Elliptical. Very prompt and great customer service. They answered all of my questions quickly, communicated through email and quickly got a reply. My item was very well packaged and came on time as promised. I would definitely buy from them again."
