"Very very unprofessional people work in this place. Dr. Han is the worst pediatrician, I can't believe where I brought the children and to whom to examine them and treat them passionately. They don't give me children's records where it still exists, I don't know what to say passionately."

"Dr.Han has been my children’s Dr for the last 15 years. Always answers questions, referrals to specialist if needed with no problem. Medical assistants and NP’s at the office always helpful. They call me back asap, they call me at work to answer any questions or concerns. Never had I had any issues or rudeness by any means , thank you Mrs. Trujillo"

"Sang J Han worst - worst doctor that treated my kids for 2 years now, we have blue cross insurance and he denied giving my 4 year old vaccination he said your insurance doesn’t cover the shots, he told another doctor that works for him to tell me on the day that my son was to receive the vaccine. So i had to call my insurance again and they said by law your PCP has to give your kid his vaccinations, so when I made a complaint he called me and said you can come for your shots so he got 2 and we left 2 for next time in a month so we made appointment and we went there to get the shots and another doc that works for him said you know Doc Sang J Han said you cannot get the shot because your insurance don’t cover the cost you have CHIP card, i said no we have blue cross blue shield insurance and we are covered you already gave him 2 shots. And why you didn’t call me and let me know so I don’t come again for nothing. So i called again blue cross told them what happened again and made s complaint again and the found me another PCP for my 2 kids. Sorry for the long post but i am so fed up of unprofessional people."
