"Today, February 5, I did my taxes. They have always treated me very well and kindly. My husband's family has been doing their taxes at Computax for many years. Today my appointment was at 10am, we arrived less than 10 minutes before the appointment. With my almost two year old son and my husband, they made me WAIT 25 minutes, that is disrespectful to their customers. My son was super bored by the waiting time. I leave dissatisfied with the attention."
