"I will not do business with this dealership ever again. The salesman appeared very knowledgeable about each vehicle we drove which is what wow’d us. However he went on every test drive with us so we couldn’t talk alone and wouldn’t allow us to go during them driving our trade ins. The sales manager was very nice and worked with us quite a bit when it came to pricing and trade in. However! 1 day after leaving the lot we started having all these dash lights come on including ABS, brake and engine light. I called and was told oh it’s just a sensor that’s common on those cars bring it in and we can have the shop look at it (for $200 that is and that doesn’t include the price to actually fix the sensor) on a vehicle I just bought. I didn’t purchase their service plan for an addition $200 dollars a month so they refused to help me in any way. Also! We kept having flags for hard inquiries on my credit after the sales manager told me “we pick and choose who we send your information to for loans so you won’t have to worry about it knocking your credit down” they sent me information to 10 different creditors who all ran hard inquiries and knocked my and my husbands credit score down 80 points in a month. Not to mention we traded in two vehicles for this one vehicle and the dealership took so long to pay off the loan on them that my credit was marked as 60 days late on payment for two vehicles I no longer own. No I’m in the battle of trying to fix what’s Left of my credit. I will not be returning to this dealership!"

"Do not do business with this dealership for any reason if you value integrity and reliability. They said they would address issues with a used car our family was purchasing. Instead we received spray painted paint touchups, a scratched bumper, and a car that was in a major accident without any disclosures. Your sales person will disappear when you raise concerns an hour after the sale. They completely took advantage of hard working families and they don't deserve your business. There are plenty of other options out there so keep looking. I'll attach some pictures for proof on both severity and the quality of repairs you can expect from here. This is what they considered "detailed" upon pickup. You can see rain infiltration from the sunroof. And yes, that is in fact a dead animal that was found under the hood."

"scheduling was easy, quick and accurate, service reception ok, waiting area - no water, no snack(s) and coffee wasn't very fresh. I waited 5 hours and through the lunch break while tech went to lunch, but I wasn't offered a vehicle to use for lunch and the dealership is 2-3 miles from city of Dixon. Overall however I was pleased with tech, writer, svc manager and cost of repair!"
