Then tells me shortly after that I think were good everything is looking great you should be a home owner. Calls me hour later says I'm sorry but I can't get you bought. Idk what %90 means to some people but %90 to me is %90... thanks for wasting my time. I do not recommend you use kevin @ us bank on purchasing your home."

"Excellent customer service. Most times I am in and out in minutes. It does get a little busy sometimes but it is normally all the business accounts trying to drop off deposits on the way home. Still doesn't take more then 5-10 minutes."
