"Called to get a ride and was flat out told no and hung up on. Terrible company"
"Worst cab company higher than hucks taxi! Asked how much the ride was, and was kinda shocked by the price seeing as it was 10 blocks if that down the road. His response to me saying that the price was higher than other cabs was " well I'm the only one running the cab this late at night," and that I could wait for the other cab if i didn't like it. I apologized of course, and was still treated very rude. Will not ever use this service or pay for a friends cab through them again! I promise you it's worth the walk verses using smileys cab!"
