"Terrible product. Worse customer service. I returned the Accubow over 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t received my refund. I doubt I ever will. Even if I do receive a refund, they charge a $35 “restocking fee.” Accubow says “satisfaction guaranteed” on their website. Unfortunately, Accubow definitely doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. It’s disappointing that Accubow is not in line with the values of other businesses and Archery industry. Sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake I did."
