"I’ve been going to this doctor since I was BORN and I’m 20 now. He also has been and still is the doctor for my 2 siblings. Dr. Vladimir Ulyanov has been amazing and very knowledgeable in the things you may be concerned about. I had a major nerve issue last year and he knew exactly where I should go and I was helped and healthy. He also has an emergency line that my mother has used multiple times and he answers right away. "This doctor office takes so long! You come in early they get mad! And they put you in the room almost for an hour in a half! Like what! The hell. I came at 1:30pm last time and didn’t get out until 3:30pm don’t waste your time here! They are not good with appointments at all!!"

"Extremely rude , refuse service , charge more then other places , horrible customer service and they give you some vaccines immunizations for kids that they don’t put in the system . Against the law . Addressing it with health department because they also won’t show records of what they did to our baby. Have seen multiple customers fight with them . The wrist experience ever ! Guys DO NOT GO THERE"

"Rating one star cause there is no option to rate as less.... It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anybody in the office. Random work hours and it is hard to make an appointment. The few times we were there with our 2 year old twin boys the waiting line is ridiculous and we were told to wait 45 mins (we waited but was told to wait another 20 -30 after) or so with 300 sq ft room full of sick people. When I asked to just give them a flu shot they did not want to do it because we had an appointment even though it stated on the sign "flu shots NO LINE"... I did manage to get them done after 45 minutes and approaching the staff 4 times.... NEVER AGAIN! If you value your time plenty of other places to go."
