"First time in that I remember. Service was friendly but the food in the cooler needs to be pulled. I bought this big az breakfast sandwich just before 10 am on my way to work."

"After a stop in Silvis, I was on my way home to Bettendorf and decided I wanted a Gatorade before completing the drive. I happened by this Q C Mart along the way and decided to stop by for the drink. I've been to many of the other Q C Marts in the area and liked them in the past. Indeed, this Q C Mart is very similar to the others around the Quad Cities. There's numerous coolers along the periphery with all manor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a few shelves of snacks in the center, a shelf of automotive supplies near the entrance, and a Harvest Ridge coffee station and Pepsi fountain in another corner. The floors chiefly consisted of off-white 1-foot square tiling reminiscent of any number of buildings in the 80s and 90s, while the ceiling consisted of a drop ceiling and florescent lighting throughout. Everything was pretty typical of a Q C Mart. I ended up choosing two Gatorade Zeros, lime cucumber and orange flavored varieties. After taking them to the front of the store the attendant scanned my purchase and I was able to pay within a minute (they have Google Pay here too, that was great). I was soon on my way home again. In summary - it's a pretty typical Q C Mart in my experience. The products are pretty much the same as in the others. I'd come here again if in the area. Thanks, Q C Mart!"

"I went into the station for gas recently, was charged twice for it. It was clearly on my bank records as having been taken out twice. For two days I went in person to speak to a manager, but no one was there. So finally I called and talked to a girl named Katie (I believe) and from the start she was rude and shouted at me that it was my banks fault and "not their problem" 30.00 is a lot of money to me, and with gas prices I expected some compassion, but she was mean, dismissive, and rude. She also told me her district manager would "tell me the same thing". Even though this station is local to me, I will NEVER ever go back there for fuel or any other shopping. I would recommend you avoid this location at all costs. If there was zero stars, I would choose that option."

"Horrible customer service. Rude manager. Did not make things right with an unsatisfied customer. When you look out up on better business bureau, this location doesn't exist. When i called the number on the machine that ate my money, the store location didnt exist."
