Eagle Ridge South Golf Course and Pro Shop

"After playing the General and North Course, the South falls short. The course feels agreed and tired in need of a major renovation. Conditions were not great compared to the other 2 and greens were painfully shaggy. Carts are old and lacking GPS makes navigating the dog legs and elevating blind shots challenging. That being said, it is a beautiful course and a good value at $40 with cart after 3pm week days. If I had paid full price, it would have been a 1- star rating, tho. I loved the layout and scenery, but for what they charge at full rate, it's a shame. It's a tough review, but I feel like the owners may need some tough love and honest feedback."

"The Eagle Ridge South Golf Course is a fun golf course with all of the contours and depths that are intriguing eighteen holes. Additionally, the food and service in anticipation of the 10th tee provide a nice start to the back nine."

"The course was great! Every hole was unique, challenging and enjoyable in its own way. The South Course takes advantage of Galena’s winding hills and turns. Only thing missing was the beverage cart…"

"Tee boxes were in terrible shape. Greens were burned out and damaged on multiple par 3 holes. Beverage cart person was rude and disruptive to play. Golf carts are poorly maintained and obviously old. Not worth the money being charged."

"Golfed here on a Saturday morning. took forever to get through the course. Two forsomes backed up at every hole. There are no rangers and when told about the hold up, and we all knew who was slowing the pace, they just said that it was like this every saturday. Course was OK."
