"1 stars for online operator who are very rude answering the phone call. Can you imagine if you kids were suffering for illness and you had no clue. 5 stars for Dr. Messing who is nice and answered all questions and concerns. The staffs in the clinic are friendly but to schedule appointment with them is the rudest. You will able to get appointment in the couple months. The walk-in schedule not clear enough when to come and when not to come. At last, please tell your online operator to talk a bit nice when talk to the worried parents. So rude."

"Go somewhere else. We’ve been going here since both my children were born. It started out great then the new receptionist team began. Service went waayyyy down. Scheduling became impossible and we were forced to find another doctor when my kids were about 7 (2020) because the rude receptionist said she couldn’t get us in for over a month every time we called. Today we tried to go back for a sick visit. The receptionist said she’d allow it since my kids had previously gone there for most of their life to only to have us sit in a room waiting for the doctor and then she tells me and my visibly miserable child to leave because the dr refuses to see us. We saw one doctor once at another place (again because when we tried to schedule with Dr. Elwell the rude receptionist told us it would be six weeks for her to get in. Obviously, we needed to get in sooner) in between our last visit and today because I have not had my kids see any doctors because of Covid and they consider that as being inactive. Such a shame that a doctor would refuse service to a sick child who she’s known since birth just because she feels we haven’t seen her in awhile. We weren’t some random strangers trying to get in. We were previous patients. Shame on you."

"If I could leave them zero stars, I would. I am a full time working mom of 3 children who have been with the same doctor in this practice for 11 years. This year, trying to schedule wellness visits, I've had all 3 appointments changed and ultimately cancelled by the office. When I called to reschedule, I wasn't able to find anything that worked for a month out. And apparently, they only schedule appointments for wellness visits at 9:45 or later...which works great for their doctors, but not for children who have to attend school or parents who have jobs. AWFUL!!!!!!"

"Dr. Messing is fantastic! She's great with our kids, she listens, is attentive, and always a pleasure to see. We have seen some of the other doctor's in this practice due to emergencies or scheduling conflicts and they were great too. I would have given 5 stars but I would have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the receptionist. Its a shame, because the doctor's in this practice are great! I would still recommend to friends and family."

"My Doctor Dr Messing is awesome.. she is very attentive and kind to my kids. She is thorough and prompt with paperwork. The front desk receptionist could be kinder and smile more. They miscommunicate, saying we lost the form when Dr Messing had filled it and faxed it back to the school."
