"I called Dr. Fang's office to inquire about a medical record request I had sent twice to his office for one of my patients. A woman whom I assume is his wife was speaking with me but put me on hold as soon as I had too many questions. They have a policy that parents must pay for their office to transfer records to another office. They did not one time reach out to me to inform me of this policy, they simply ignored the request, TWICE. Dr. Fang then got on the phone and raised his voice at me regarding my requests and hung up on me."

"We were the last appointment of the day so dr fang rushed us didn’t want to answer our questions because he was rushing us so much. It also didn’t help my daughter who had just woken up from a nap was crying he seemed very annoyed with her and us. She also has a small delayed speech being the youngest and instead of giving us the number to assess her speech he gave us autism pamphlets when we asked why he gave us attitude. Everyone else in the office was very nice and very helpful! I’m just said because he was referred to us with nothing but positive things to say maybe we got him on an off day."
