"Dr. Williams did not treat me impartially. Knowing that I was a member of her husband’s church, she repeatedly asked if I was “remaining pure” and if I had “engaged in impure activities.” I was 18 at the time and I’d never felt more judged. If you cannot be honest with your doctor, then why go? I had real concerns and when I opened up about my questions, she quickly turned them against me. I felt ashamed."

"I had a poor experience with Dr Williams. I was 10 minutes late and they would not take us. I apologized and took full responsibility for being late. The front desk professional (Michaeline) said “that we were inconveniencing them and that if they saw us everyone would need to stay late.” She then continued to say that the nurse now needs to call her daycare, etc. Overall, it was a nightmare and said I would reschedule. When I brought it up to Dr. Williams, she defended the staff, didn’t apologize, etc. She didn’t care about our experience at all. I get I was late but the front desk person didn’t need to say those things or handle things that way. We were willing to reschedule. FYI I also asked Dr. Williams if I could spread Vaccines at a prior appointment and she got extremely upset with me and made things very uncomfortable. I have never encountered a doctor like this. She is unprofessional. I wanted my son to see a great doctor and unfortunately I would not recommend her."

"Dr. Williams was actually my doctor when I was younger and I loved her as a child! Now she is my sons doctor and I love her even more! She's so gentle, patient, kind, loving, she explains everything, and she never ever makes you feel rushed (which I've experienced with other doctors) She's always treating Nikolas as if he was her own and he's so comfortable with her. Anytime anyone asks what doctor I bring him to I sit there and brag about how amazing she is for hours! I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Williams!"
