"Dr. Francyk is the best! She was my doctor my whole life and I had alot of issues I was born with gastroschisis and had complications and she always knew what to do. I remember her going on vacation when I was little and I got sick and had to see a different doctor and I cried the whole time. She has always made me feel like family. Now that I am an adult I bring my daughter to her who was born with hershsprungs disease and she is great with her. I love Franchyk!"

"The lady at the front desk is rude and hateful. My son ran out of his meds and she refused to call over a refill for him because im 9months pregnant and currently don't have a vehicle to make to another appointment rn"

"My daughter has been going to Franczyk for 9 years. She is a great doctor and yes you have to wait awhile to see her. But I changed my daughters doctor today so her new doctor told me I had to go sign a release form. So they can get her medical history. I went to Franczyks office and told them and the lady at the front desk was so rude to me and pretty much yelling at me telling me I was wrong for changing doctors. And there was people in the waiting room listening to her do this to. The whole time she was yelling at me she didn't have her mask on the right way it was hanging off one ear and not covering her mouth at all."

"She refused to help my son when he was having seizures daily and having a hard time breathing. He was about a month premature. She was so heartless. I'd give her a zero stars but that's not an option."

"The wait time is awful. Always plan on being in the office for at least 1 hour past your appointment time. We had an appointment at 9 AM and we didnt even leave the waiting room until 10:20. She isnt up on the current practices, for example she told us to put vasiline on the cord when the pediatrician we saw in the hospital told us that they stopped doing that awhile ago. But the biggest issue is definitely the wait times becasue if you're like me you have a life and dont want to waste half the day sitting in a doctor's office who cant seem to be bothered to keep her appointment times."
