"Dr. Ferguson is absolutely lovely. She listens to my needs and is kind and compassionate with my children. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson."
"Cardinal Glennon Pediatrics has been a fairly great place to take my children for care. You can get same day appointments if you're child is not feeling well and the doctors are not pushy with parents who choose to take a more natural approach. However my last visit was not handled well at all. My 2 year old son had been suffering from ear pain and a runny nose. I knew this was a huge sign for an ear infection. When Dr. Ferguson came in to see my son the first thing she said was, "So he's not taking immunizations?" I replied no. She spent 85% of our 5 minute office visit trying to Educate me on Immunizations and why I should consider the benefits, after I explained to her that I'm well aware of both pros and cons. After explaining to her twice as to why I choose not to immunize for my own personal reasons I finally said, "I am not choosing to immunize my child at this time if I choose to in the future that's up to me as of right now I don't think it's best for him due to a past incident with immunizations and my oldest child." She obviously was upset with my choice, she then looked in my sons ear all of 3 seconds on each side and said he doesn't have an ear infection, it's probably just a virus, with a smirk on her face. My gut instincts told me she was taking a very rude approach since I didn't agree with her, and that I should request another doctor. Her message was clear, you don't want to immunize your child we won't prescribe any meds. She then went on to offer home remedies in a joking way since we are a natural family. 1 day later my sons fever sky rockets and I miss work and he misses school to go back to the doctor again for what should've been handled the first time. The 2nd Doctor looked right in his ear and said yep he has an ear infection, here's the prescription, have a good day. Dr. Ferguson needs a reality check, my son did not have to suffer because of her own selfish views, I hope her supervisor has a chat with her on proper protocol instead of letting a two year old child leave with an ear infection. - Concerned Mom"
