"Dr Vannoy and all her staff are extremely kind and very informed. I have two under two and she sees both. They've gotten my babes into the office in timely manners, especially for emergency sickness, never made me feel "mom shame," and offer helpful medical advice while encouraging a mom's instincts! We never have to wait long for appointments which is a huge plus! Sometimes getting through to the office can take a long time, but unfortunately I think that's the case at any medical facility these days! Really glad to have Dr Vannoy and staff's care."
"My wife and I absolutely love Dr. Vannoy! She listens to all our questions and concerns. The staff are all super nice and they all care about our family. We are never waiting long in the waiting room or to be seen. I highly recommend Dr Vannoy to anyone that wants a dr that cares for their childs health as much as they do!"
"Dr. Vannoy and all staff when we visit the office are and has always been amazing. This is our first child and we call about anything that could be something - having a covid era baby, the 24 hour help line has been a lifesaver. But a weird experience today - partner and I both spent all day tag team calling, spent over 35 minutes on hold and never got through. I had a sick complaint for my child and needed to get in before 2 days later, but I ended up settling with that because I couldn't afford to call and be on hold for another 15 minutes. So I finally make the appointment through MyMercy. An hour later, some staff person calls my partner at work (mind you we've spent all day trying to contact the office). They say we should've come to have a well visit a year ago... Which is strange since we've had sick visits since then and no one said this. Also strange because they said at my child's 2 year visit they didn't need to see her until 4. This person ignores my partner's questions as to why we haven't been able to get through all day to accuse us of not coming in in 2 years. THIS PERSON SEVERELY NEEDS RETRAINING. Horrible attitude, in addition badgering parents of a sick child. I will be bringing it up in person as well - they obviously made a mistake or policy change and that is their problem, not mine."
"Dr. Vannoy is great! She listens ro my concerns about my kiddos. She gives me her professional and personal opinions, which have really helped me with my children. My children feel comfortable with her which means so much to me!"
"Absolutely the worst experience with this doctor. Took my 9 year old for her first appointment and was clear that she was on medication that caused weight gain and discreetly asked about having her blood sugars and cholesterol checked. She said she would do an 'obesity panel' more than once in front of my daughter. The during the exam she told my daughter that she was going to check her under her underwear and that she is a doctor so she is allowed and just put her hands there. Sorry, that is not acceptable. Telling a child that a doctor os allowed to do something and that they have no consent is appalling. She ended the appointment telling my 9 year old to "work on losing some of that weight". All of this is completely agains the AAP guidelines and I wrote her and the office manager about what happened and we found another pediatrician. No one from the office reached out about any of it either. I have no confidence in a doctor or office that does not follow basic guidelines"
