"I love Dr. Roukoz she has helped me so much with my daughter since she was a little newborn and they have grown such an amazing bond and I love it. My daughter is 8 now and has always helped with any emergency questions or if I need advice on something. I’m about to have my second child and I can’t wait for my son to have a bond with her. My daughter absolutely loves her and says how an amazing doctor she is and can’t wait to go back for her check up! We appreciate everything you do for my family, we wouldn’t have any other doctor !! I totally recommend having Dr. Roukoz !! I’m never ever disappointed even with the staff there ! There always so helpful even the nurses on call! I’m just highly recommended coming here!!! Dr. Roukoz is always so welcoming and kind and just amazing with everybody!!!!"
"We absolutely love her. Dr. Roukoz is so kind and welcoming. She takes her time with every patient to answer any questions that the parents might have. She listens to all of our concerns, giving her full attention during the appointment. She is super friendly and plays with them when they’re babies and does a great job interacting with my toddler (even if he’s just tagging along for his little brother’s checkup). She provides great advice based on research and I always feel confident taking her advice, knowing she has the best interest of my children in mind. She does a wonderful job talking to the child as well as the parent, making it feel like you are all one team—not just a physician telling you what to do. I have recommended her to my sister for her daughter because Roukoz is so wonderful. I also very strongly recommend her to anyone/everyone I know that is looking for a pediatrician. If you are looking for a pediatrician for your soon-arriving baby, definitely check her out. I am not sure what made me select her as the pediatrician when I was expecting the first time, but I am so glad I did!!"
"Careless, utterly terrible. This woman SHOULD NOT be a doctor and the nurses are ignorant as all hell. DO NOT bring your child here.. if i could give 0 stars just know i would."
"This provider doesn't want to be bothered by good medicine. She withheld important medication from my child and laughed as I showed up to the office in tears. Then sent me a letter for crying in the waiting room. The way this clinic treated my child was truly disgusting."
