"She was very thorough and took her time which was good. But she was very cold and stone faced. Was not personable at all. I didn't see her crack a smile even once. When we left my 7 year old asked me was she mad at him. That hurt my heart. I wont be going back due to how my son felt. Its sad too because it seemed like she was a good doctor behind the machine like exterior."
