"My husband and I have been coming here since our son was born (3 years at this time) Literally the best office staff ever. Between our new-parent worries, to the crazy toddler phases. Anytime he's ever been sick or just acted off in our opinion, they always get us in and always have us leaving feeling way better! We have Dr. Satterly, but we have seen all the doctors and they all have been extremely helpful. Love this place! I have recommended them to everyone I know with kids!"

"Careless and rude people. Plus they might consider they can get in legal trouble for DENYING CARE ASSISTANCE. I just don't get it. If you don't like what you do, just go find something else. Easy as that. No wonder why they're loosing people."

"I absolutely love this office. Dr satterly is amazing beyond words. The receptionist is CRAZY slow which sucks when it comes to checking in and out or making appointments. That’s the only downside. It’s terribly annoying and slow dealing with the front desk. But the quality of care and time the doctors take is amazing I’m so many ways"

"I wanted to share a positive experience with the billing department. I was having insurance issues and they spent a lot of time on the phone with me and my company to get things straightened out. They also assured me that if needed they could set me up and work with me on a payment plan. It ended up working out and I owed very little but I appreciate the time thy spent explaining to me and sorting things out with the insurance. I love this office from the providers down they are all amazing and go above and beyond!!!"

"Terrible experience with some of the worst billing ever. Took over a year to get a bill sent to us. Please do not use this doctors office and take your business elsewhere. We took our daughter here to get vaccinations. We went to three appointments before we received a bill for the first appointment. It turns out our insurance would not cover the vaccines so we would have to pay all of it out of pocket. Each visit for vaccines was over $800. I called the office and spoke with the billing department to see if they could give us a discount on the vaccines since insurance would not cover them. They would not work with us at all. Said it was our problem and they couldn't do anything about it."
