I was wrong about thinking the professionals here used prudent discretion about our children. They lost my confidence. They want their numbers and goals met to get their payouts and bonuses like other circus clinics."

"All the providers are great, we have seen Dr. Young, Dr. Satterly, Dr. Lorts, and Alison, NP they always get us in for sick visits the same day. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. My children love going to the doctor. The staff is so friendly they make my children feel special. I have been there when a parent was being rude and hateful to the front receptionist and she just smiled apologized and got the office manager. I can't image letting anyone else take care of my children."

"Dr. Young is great but her nurse prac. is a joke. I didn't write the first time but now I will because it happened again. January of this year my son was very lethargic, fever, tired, just sick. Went and saw Allison and she said ohh it's viral just keep him hydrated. By 1 am we were in the ER at Glennon where my son was admitted for 4 days on antibiotics. Now my son is acting the same and my wife brought in my son. He has a fever. First off no one even took his temp at the office. Yet again called viral by Allison. I come home and he has had Tylenol 30 minutes ago and his fever is 102.6. I am not a doctor but I am a paramedic and anytime I took a patient to the hospital complaining of fever the first question asked by nurse is what was their temp and then they take it themselves. Now I get to pray I don't have to go to the ER again because Allison doesn't even take a simple temp to know that we should probably try some treatment."
