As someone who works the front desk in an office I know how important first impressions are. I dread having to deal with her every time we go in. Other than that, the off it so far has been wonderful."

"After 22 years, my family has fired this practice. Dr. Jones is fantastic but since the practice was sold to Washington University, the service and level of care has drastically declined. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. Wait times are regularly in excess of 30 minutes and once you do see one of the doctors, you will be rushed, and questions will go unanswered. Additionally, should your children need refills on medicine, you can expect to wait 48 hours for them to call it in. You should also know that mistakes are consistently made to your children’s medical records, health benefits, emergency contacts, etc. If you are divorced, they also do not abide by your decree or parenting plan so you should expect that any information you provide to them will be shared regardless of what that decree states including information pertaining to children you have outside of that previous marriage. If you value your children’s health, your time, your privacy, and your pocketbook, you should avoid this practice."
