"My Granddaughter just left Dr. Mark Johnson's office in Springfield Ill, thinking she had an appointment for her daughter Zohpie Montgomery. Upon arrival at the office she was informed that she had no appointment!! that it had been cancelled with no call to her!! They told her that Dr. Lilpop's office made the appointment at the wrong Dr. Johnson!!?? This little girl had to take a day off work, borrow the money for gas to get to Springfield from Winchester besides having to get Zophie up at 7 :00 A.M.!! When she doesn't sleep during the night !!I know mistakes are made but this was a costly one for her!!"
"Dr. Lillpop has been our pediatrician since he came to Jacksonville. I moved over an hour away in 2006 and I still drive to Jacksonville to take my kids to him. He is an amazing pediatrician!"
