"This Doctor Office Communication SUCKS . I Had A Phone Visit For 11:30 & Have Yet To Be Called. My First Visit Took About 2 Hours , Just For A Pap Smere. She Wasnt Very Informational , She Looks Lost and Confused. After I Recieve My Lab Results , I WILL NOT be Back Because No Maam , UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!"

"Originally I came to this doctors office because I always believe in having a black female doctor. She seemed somewhat helpful, but always felt like it was a rushed experience. Then I officially decided that I was going to find a new primary care doctor since I have a PPO, it doesn’t really matter because she just wasn’t what I was looking. Then for my allergy prescription, which she always refilled. I tried to get a refill today and they denied me because she said I need to make an appointment for allergy medicine that I’ve always gotten! It honestly always feels like a money grab with their office and it just doesn’t look as clean as other doctors offices, I have been to in the past, I’m with Methodist and I love my new doctor."

"If I could give this place a negative one hundred I most definitely would. I came to this doctor based off of the reviews but this is by far the worst doctor experience I have had in my entire life. Sure the staff is nice but it doesn’t matter if they are incompetent. I went in for a physical which is the most simple things for a first appt…it literally it lasted less than 5 minutes, she barely asked any questions and literally wanted to charge for services that are included in a physical. When I asked the staff why the response was things have changed. She is not detailed oriented or inviting. All she did was check my heart beat and that’s all. Then asked what type of blood work I wanted to take. Being a new client she would want to know my history and how to treat nope nothing again my physical lasted less the five minutes and the wait was over and hour. My advice is run….and I literally never write reviews on anything EVER! Also, she wanted to charge to go over bloodwork which is a first for me. I will definitely be looking for another doctor and if you want my advice go somewhere else if you want good quality health care."

"Dr.Agim was very personable. I was very apprehensive about going for this visit since I hadn’t been to the Dr for a long time. Let’s just say I don’t like Dr’s offices and hospitals to put it mildly. Dr. Agim made me feel comfortable. She took her precious time with me and answered all my questions. Let’s just say I was well pleased and will be back! She is very professional and listens to her patients. Her office is also very clean."
