So in my experience if you're patient and understanding that a doctor's office is busy and may not get to you in 30 seconds of you calling or waiting in the sign-in room; you will get the exact service you need for your child."

"This review is based only on my experience of scheduling an appointment. I was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes and at the end they hang up on me. From the 30 second conversation I could get that the receptionist definitely didn't care that 4y.o. child was sick. Should hire more human oriented stuff."
