"Let me start by saying everyone at AO were very professional and caring. I first visited Dr Hamad 22OCT22 and he ordered a pet scan. I hand carried order to Dr Mekhaiel and Palos Hosp. Back to Dr Hamad 01NOV22 and he ordered CT Scan 05NOV22. Back to Dr Hamad 11NOV22. This back and forth went on for 25 more appointments or visits before my first chemo treatment 22FEB23. Four months after 1st visit is unacceptable. I recently went to Rush Hosp for bone marrow transplant. I was assigned a coordinator who made all appointments for me in a timely manner (sometimes 3 in one day). They did it in 3 weeks"
