"Decided to go here because of my new insurance and it was closer to where I lived. First off, it’s inside the Walmart, so you get the “Walmart people” in and around the office. Dr. Nguyen is very nice. Knows how to keep a conversation. She is a 1 girl crew and doesn’t have supporting staff or an Admin/Receptionist. She is the Doctor/Admin/Receptionist so the likelihood of her running past time or being late to an appointment is very likely. She was on-time for my appointment, but the guy after my appointment had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to be seen by Dr. Nguyen. Plus, the guy after my appointment started to gripe about Republicans and how terrible they were. This is what I mean about “Walmart people”. I wouldn’t try calling Dr. Nguyen’s office. She didn’t answer the phone when it rang twice. Once because she was with me and the 2nd time because she was with the appointment after me while I was waiting for my eyes to dilate. The exam went ok. I went for my contacts. Apparently my eyes got better over time and she was surprised that I don’t get headaches due to my current glasses prescription because it was off. A little bit of a red flag, but what do I know? We got to the contacts portion and we just couldn’t get the contacts part right. Maybe because of my prescription for contacts? I was “in-between”. The contacts were ok, but not great. All-in-all, it was an ok visit. It just took way too long and there is no supporting staff. Would I recommend? No. I won’t be coming back to this Doctor. Update: Another appointment walked in for a 1:00 PM. It’s currently 1:24 PM and the new patient has not been seen yet. Dr. Nguyen finally greeted the 1:00 PM patient at 1:40 PM. Luckily the patent was super nice."

"I scheduled an appointment for my child at this location upon their availability. Upon arriving to our appointment, I arrived 13 minutes earlier in order to fill out any papers before our appointment time. It was 19 mins past my appointment, and I became a little irritated because I was on a schedule. I asked the lady/doctor if I would be complete by a certain time as the appointment is only 30mins, she immediately because defensive and passive aggressive. Keep in mind, the whole 19 minutes she was in there with the patient just laughing, talking about life, prolonging the appointment and not being considerate of our time. Definitely do NOT recommend this location and instead of , acknowledging the error and simple apology. Not worth it. Go anywhere but here"
