"I’m still grieving for the loss of my dad so I won’t go into details but I don’t even think Dr. Zalzaleh deserves one star but I had no choice but to put one star to leave a review. Btw I’m still waiting for your phone call to inform me about my dad’s (your patient that you failed) prognosis. We had an appointment with you on Wednesday through tele health and you also failed to call us. Instead you sent someone to call us half an hour after the appointment time to tell us you have to postpone the appointment till Friday. Then the next day I find out “it shows Dr. Zalzaleh called you and the appointment was successful?” Can you explain this as well?"
