"Please do not seek this place for help for loved ones, please save your time, money, and mental health. This whole place is absolutely ridiculous. I really just want to know why I got a hysterical phone call from my nephew the other week from going to this doctor, his information being talked about in the open, his disability, he has hard of a time enough talking about it! The phone call was very emotional so I decided myself to come in with him on his next visit. Nevertheless, this place was not just exactly what he said, worse. His private information, like he said, again being talked about in the open, I know %100 that’s a HIPPA violation. Next, the treatment. I went into his appointment with him, with his and the doctors full permission. All I can say is how sad. You know I don’t comment on things like this because myself especially also deals with 4+ mental illnesses and have been medicated for 10+ years. I know how this works. I’ve been through a trial and error of it for so long. When a doctor is straight up lazy, acts like they do not care, like genuinely does not care at all, and clearly has a horrible power complex for the way she treated my nephew and ME! Please do not seek this place for help. Do yourself a favor."

"Absolutely deplorable services I came in with my nephew who has special needs and she made him cry with how horribly she treated him. How this place is still open is beyond me! Take this as a warning to stay away from this place."

"This place discriminated against my daughter, who has a disability. This doctor does not respect the HIPAA law She shared information with me about my daughter before I could even confirm that I was her mom. I do not recommend going to this place unless you want people to treat you rudely and poorly. I cannot believe the way the doctor because she owns the place and is the manager as well handled the whole situation. This doctor is lazy and does not want to help people and has power authority issues."

"I never post reviews but I had to.. I am convinced that the stars on this reveiw page is flawed, or placed here by Dr. Heffernan herself.. I chose this location because I wanted my insurance to go to a family practioner and not the major Healthcare corporations. Big mistake on my part. Let me start with the doctors office: Unlike most Healthcare facilities where you walk into a waiting room /lobby, Dr. Heffernan is sitting and meeting with patients right in the lobby. This has to be a HIPPA violation because anyone can walk in on the doctor/patient conversations. Next: On my first visit/appointment, I waited 2 hours to meet with the doctor. She allowed everyone to come in before me. Also, I called before my appointment to ensure that nothing was needed. When I get there they tell me that my insurance, Cigna wasn't accepted for the blood work and therefore I needed to go down the street to Quest, so they pretty much couldn't do anything for me. I do the bloodwork and come back for another visit to go over it and the incompetent staff can't find the paperwork from Quest, so I have to wait on them to request it and had to reschedule again. There is much more I can say but I'll skip to the finale. Yall get the point.. In November 2023, Dr. Heffernan prescribed me a med (BTW she doesn't have a system where she can submit the meds to the Pharmacy..I literally have to take the written script to Walgreens). The pharmacy couldn't fulfill the script because the insurance needed prior authorization from the Doctor. Today is 1/24/2024, and Dr. Heffernan has yet to sit down and send over this minor authorization. Nor has she or her incompetent staff been able to provide me with an update. I've called a few times for an update and during one of the calls, the staff member says "Oh Public Aide denied your request". I was LIVID because I don't have Public Aide and NEVER had it. She confused me with another patient. Today was my breaking point, on Monday I was told that Dr. Heffernan would complete the pre-authorization on Tuesday (yesterday). I called today and she had not completed and her staff member very nonchalantly brushed me off as if it wasn't a big deal..So unprofessional. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your valuable time here. In addition, Dr. Heffernan is not personable, she always seem to be rushing your care and very unattentive. I really want to give this place 0 stars."

"I have no idea why this place has stars. The doctor is rude and definitely not personable. She doesn’t let you speak and never refills prescriptions. This clinic does everything on paper and she attends to all her patients in the waiting room. UMMMMM I thought there is HIPPA law in place to protect patients privacy and I heard everything!! Calls and faxes never get through, THEY IGNORE IT ALL. This place is just bad! Just avoid at all costs it’s not worth your health, blood pressure and time."
