"I have been using Josh Whitfield to prepare my taxes for well over a decade now. I am not related to him or his family or linked in any way to the firm, so you can count on this positive review as arising solely as the result of positive results and customer satisfaction. I have found Josh to be an honest, hard working, and friendly individual who provides quality work in a timely manner. I have never had a late return except for a year when my own circumstances resulted in my getting documentation to him late. Even though it was my fault, Josh and his staff worked with me to handle the paperwork and fees expeditiously so that all I had to do was sign the forms and write the checks. My returns are complicated by having rental property and business investment as well as living in another state for the last several years that has its own state income tax. Josh prepares all those forms and I don't have to worry about all the rules and regulations or changes in tax law. Over the years, I have several occasions to ask questions or get advice. They always respond very quickly and I always get the help I need. Every time I have worked with any of his staff they have been friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They also include a report that compares your tax and financial information for this year to that of the previous year. It provides suggestions about things you might want to consider doing in relation to that information. This report was something they provided as a value added service, not because I asked for it. I have referred family and friends to Josh and they all had the same positive experience. His rates for services are very reasonable and well worth it for the quality of work he delivers. If you are like me and don't want to study tax law once a year or decipher IRS online government-speak in order to sleep well after you mail in your tax forms; you will be doing yourself a favor by going with Josh and company for your tax needs. 2/25/20 Just noticed the site is only showing I gave 4 stars but I gave them 5. When I opened this to edit it actually showed 5 stars. I don't know what is wrong with this site but changing a person's rating is NOT good business."

"Cancelled original appointment. I rescheduled. Got there a few minutes early. The waited over 20 minutes and I could tell he was wrapping up so I left. Going to get a new CPA."
