"Based on the 1 or 2 star reviews from years ago I can see that the staff of this great Dr. has been an issue for too long. My close friend of 18 years was a patient here for about 6 years and received terrible treatment recently from the staff and “manager/wife” in which resulted in her calling the police on my friend for standing up for her wife who was rudely asked to leave for not wearing a mask which she had no problem doing so the manager could’ve been more polite and that’s what my friend told her. But she didn’t like her tone so she called the police and told them my friend was aggressive? As long as I’ve known her she has never been the aggressor but she will stand her ground and protect those she loves as a business owner the manager should know there’s a proper way to handle things and this ain’t it Dr Iz, I suggest you hire staff and teach your wife/manager the proper etiquette to running a business."

"This doctors office is the worst place ever! Do not bring yourself or your loved ones here. Unless you want to be degraded. Spoken down to. And left on your death bed. The lack of professionalism, compassion and humanity here is unreal. And all of the recent good ratings are from the staff. Because they know they messed up. They are terrible. Especially towards people of color. DO NOT COME HERE. They do not care about patient care at all."

"My friend had horrible treatment from the staff on multiple occasions..one incident cops got called...Due to the reaction of my friend after staff got angry towards her partner(Staff being the aggressor)...Not sure if this had to do with them being a Lesbian couple or due to them being an Interracial couple...I just wanted to make people aware of the situation who might fall under any of these categories...for safety purposes...They put my friends health at risk due to her not getting seen, not getting scripts that needed filled, as well as just the added stress her body does not need...The worst part calling the Cops on her...Using terms such as aggressive, when talking to the Cops about a Black Woman. Her reaction was npt aggressive, her reaction was stating they had no right to talk to her partner the way they did."

"My wife has been a patient of this doctor since 2017. He is a great doctor but I can’t say anything else positive after that. The staff has always been lackluster and rude. Nobody checks them on their attitudes or lack of work they do. It’s always been like pulling teeth trying to get them to do their jobs! My wife had a pancreatic tumor removed in May and was in terrible pain and dang near dead afterwards. I requested that they help her by using telehealth so she could see the doctor. They refused and said she had to come into the office. I informed them that she was dizzy and couldn’t walk yet they hung up on me not caring. Now here we are, AUGUST and my wife FINALLY made it up there and they took her blood. We were waiting in waiting room and the girl that took her blood told me that I wouldn’t be able to go back with my wife again due to me not having a mask on. I said ok. Next thing I know the “manager” “doctors wife” or whoever she is came to say the same thing VERY RUDELY but then said I needed to leave. My wife spoke up and said “you can’t speak to her like that” and the lady said she could and that it’s private property. I went outside to sit in our car. She didn’t have to be so rude about something so simple. Next thing I know they told my wife who is the PATIENT that they couldn’t see her because they didn’t like her attitude when the staff was the rude ones. Next thing two cop cars pull up. How do you call the police when you’re the one in the wrong??!!!!! My wife will be finding another doctor, preferably without a Karen who sits at a desk all day letting her childish staff run the place into the ground."

"I just recently changed to Dr Izquierdo and know him to be professional and attentive to all of my needs and concerns; takes his time to explain lab results and any concerns. He than develops a plan of action for my best health. On time with appointments; with excellent staff of trained professionals that follow-up on referrals and quickly transfer the information into desired results. Very satisfied that All of my healthcare needs are being addressed on a timely basis. I will recommend him to my friends and will continue with him in confidence for the future."
