"The communication and signage when you walk in is not very good. When you walk in there is no signage that you need to check in. Athough there is a person blocking the door way so no one can enter only though her and a line waiting to go in. If that person at the door is speaking with someone you easily think your just go to the end of the line an wait your turn. Then there were two lines. Then you pick one because once again no signage or communication. As I wait in line the young lady at the door sees me and states you have to check in. Which now mean I get out of line to check in an then go to the end of the line. So maybe if there was signage or maybe even large enough signage that stated please check in first. This would not have been an issue. I normally have no issue but with Covid I assume this is the procedure. I wish they just had better signage and/or communication."
