"Seriously, this place is a joke. I went to get a SIMPLE tax return done....A month later I get a call saying that I NEVER did my taxes...REALLY? I called the office and I was simply told "It's an IRS problem and we don't know any information about it" On top of that, they REQUIRED that I give them my BANKING information so that IRS could take a look at the situation....SERIOUSLY? It's already JUNE and I have not received my income tax check and I honestly believe they messed something up. I could care less about the check BUT the moral is that I should have already received it and this was a SIMPLE ta return. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will never go back. This place favors those with money and they definitely set priority to those willing to spend more on their services."
