"I took my taxes here because I read the good reviews. I had moved states, been on unemployment, and took a retirement distribution during covid. So I figured I should seek professional guidance. Even though it was clearly stated in the CaREs act that a Covid related distribution is not subject to the 10% early withdrawal penalty, she had not been aware of that. I had showed her where in the CaReS act it stated as such. She said she would look into it. I left and after about 6 weeks I had not heard back from her. I called, she forgot who I was it what I was talking about. I figured I’d cut my losses and find a new accountant. When I went to retrieve my paperwork which I had left with here, she had misplaced it and it took about 30 minutes to dig it up. The worst part is she never filed to he correct forms to show that I was not subject to the 10% penalty (which I verified numerous times falls under e CaREs act), AND SHE WENT AHEAD AND FILES MY TAXES ANYWAY! This is a $6,100 mistake that I must amend. If you don’t want new business, just say that from the beginning, don’t wait 6 weeks, then screw it up. I cannot say how much I urge you to find another service."

Very professional, I even had a problem (My Fault) when I didnt turn bring in all of my tax forms for the year. The IRS sent me a letter saying I owed almost $7,000. Even though it was my fault they still ammended my return for free and I got another check from the for $200. They have a great group!!!"
