"DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR TAXES!!! if I could give this less than one star I would. I have been doing my taxes with Lucio Alfaro since I began working as a teenager and my father and family members have been with him long before me. I was initially quoted $150-$200. I agreed and they were going to take that from my refund however when I got home and put my paperwork away I saw they had actually taken $351. I contacted Lucio immediately and kept giving the run around and was told he would make the changes that SAME day so that it was only $150 then he told me it was too late and it was already submitted and the reason they over charged was because a mistake was made and they were using an older version with a different pricing model and was set incorrectly. from then on he gave me the run around and stated he would write me a check for the mistake and kept putting it off. I reached out to him and his office and no one ever answered me on when I was getting my money back, his secretary called me to put a review on their and when I asked her about my situation she stated she would call me back and never did. so here is my review ! hopefully they put the money they stole from me to good use."
