"The guy there is extremely rude. I had some stains on my jacket which I wanted to put for dry clean. He literally got into a cross argument with me when all I was requesting him is to tag the area for his cleaners to focus on. He was hesitant to even put a sticker/tag on the stain and went on explaining me how it can be missed among 1000s of clothes. I told him I understand the risk of not getting the stain completely away but can he at least tag the stain like other cleaners do? At this he got more mad, and told me to go away to the other cleaners. I have mostly interacted with the lady for the last 1 year I have been going there but the guy was so so rude to me that he lost a regular customer and I took my business a mile down the road to Country Cleaners who are actually way cheaper than them. I was shocked how small business owners can have such a bad attitude to local residents who’s been bringing them their own business and recommending them to friends within the community. Such a shame and just a total unprofessionalism on this man’s part who can fail the business if given the authority."
