"Very disappointed with Accutax in Wharton TX. Submitted my 2022 with these ladies that I trusted. I called few months back because I didn't receive a notification or anything from my tax refund. They told me to check online or call. Very rude. Yesterday my girlfriend called IRS govt and it turns out they never submitted my paperwork. I went this morning to try to have some understanding of what could've happen cause I understand mistakes do happen. However the lady rudely told us our paperwork was rejected. After asking a few times what the reason for the rejection was, she simply told me someone had claimed my girlfriend first. At the same office. That is NOT my problem. I feel like the office should've helped me with everything even after this happened... I was given all the paper work again and she told us to mail it off again. Mind you we've been waiting more than a year for our refund... So now we have to resubmit. Very unprofessional. Now I have to find someone to fix their mistake. I do not recommend anyone going to this office in Wharton. Apparently I'm not the only person who's had issues this past year due to their lack of knowledge and mistakes. Not cool. Don't want this to happen to anyone else."
